Welcome to The Safe Love Reset. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of safelovereset.com (the “Site”), our newsletter, our free resources, and any products we offer. The Site is operated by Julia Reyes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are, and what this is
The Safe Love Reset is a personal, educational newsletter and website created by Julia Reyes, a relationship coach. Our content is rooted in lived experience, reflection, and behavior-based relationship tools.

Please read this carefully.
The Safe Love Reset is for education and support only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Julia Reyes is a relationship coach, not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist. Reading our content, subscribing, or buying a product does not create a therapeutic, medical, or other professional relationship.
Every person and situation is different. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances. We make no promises about specific outcomes; what you do with the information is your responsibility.
If you are in immediate danger or crisis, do not rely on this Site or wait for an email. Contact your local emergency services or a domestic abuse or mental health helpline right away. Your safety comes first.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, subscribe, or make a purchase. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. The newsletter and free resources
When you subscribe, you will receive our newsletter and any free resource you requested, along with related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We aim to publish regularly but do not guarantee a particular schedule, and we may change or pause the newsletter at any time.
5. Purchases and payments
We may offer paid products, such as books, guides, or a paid newsletter. Prices and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and by purchasing you also agree to their terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.
6. Digital products and refunds
Our paid products are digital and are usually delivered or made available immediately. Because of the nature of digital content, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided. If you are a consumer in a region that grants statutory cancellation or refund rights, such as the EU or UK, those rights still apply. If something is wrong with your purchase, please email hello@safelovereset.com and we will do our best to make it right.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our emails and products, including text, guides, worksheets, designs, and the names “The Safe Love Reset” and “The Signal Flip,” is owned by Julia Reyes or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may read and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or distribute our content or paid products without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, use it to harass others, or use our contact form or email replies to send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content.
9. Messages, replies, and feedback
If you contact us, reply to an email, or share your story or feedback, you allow us to read and respond to it. If we ever wish to share your words publicly, for example as a testimonial, we will only do so with your permission, and we may anonymize or lightly edit for clarity. Please do not send us confidential information you would not want us to have.

The Site and our emails may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. As stated in Section 2, nothing here is professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julia Reyes and The Safe Love Reset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on our content, arising from your use of the Site, the newsletter, or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Julia Reyes and The Safe Love Reset from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver of it.
